What you'll learn
HPA axis dysfunction has three distinct stages. The right intervention for one stage will actively make another stage worse. This diagnostic identifies where you actually are.
Stage 1
Stressed but functional. The earliest, most correctable stage.

Cortisol chronically elevated. Where most people stay stuck for years.
Stage 3
